Аннотация: Развитие регионов страны является одной из важнейших задач для поддержания
экономической стабильности. В данной статье рассматриваются причины спада экономики
Кыргызской Республики в 90-х годах, а также проблемы отставания регионов, которые
препятствуют экономическому росту страны. Решения по этому вопросу должны приниматься
не только руководством республики, но и местными органами власти.
Abсtract: The development of the country’s regions is one of the most important tasks for maintaining
economic stability. This article examines the reasons for the decline in the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic
in the 1990s, as well as the problem of lagging behind the regions that hamper the country’s economic growth.
Decisions on this issue should be carried out not only by the leadership of the republic, but also by local
authorities.
