PROBLEM ASPECTS OF PORTFOLIO FORMATION OF THE HIGH SCHOOL TEACHER

Аннотация: Статья посвящена рассмотрению роли и значению портфолио преподавателя вуза. В работе рассмотрены понятие и цели портфолио в образовании и его применение в отношении деятельности преподавателя. В статье представлены виды портфолио, применяемые в вузе. Авторы поставили проблемы расширения границ применения портфолио для субъектов образовательной деятельности. Предлагается применение различных моделей портфолио преподавателя в зависимости от поставленных целей и пользователей.
Abstract: This article considers the role and significance of portfolio in high school. The paper deals with the concept and objectives of the portfolio in education and its application in relation to the activities of the teacher. The article presents the types of portfolios used in the University. The authors posed problems of expanding the boundaries of the application of the portfolio for subjects of educational activities. It is proposed to use different models of the teacher’s portfolio, depending on the goals and users.
